Our awards

The interior of Martim won the 2021 German Design Award in the Excellent Architecture/Interior Architecture category. This is considered by industry professionals to be one of the most recognizable and important awards in the world. Another WIN Award was awarded in 2022, demonstrating the passion for design and attention to detail.

The architects from BUCK.STUDIO proposed a color palette reminiscent of Portugal. Saturated greens evoke the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, accents of red evoke the rich culture of Portuguese wine, and calm shades of beige, in the form of cork from southern Portugal. The seamless effect between the interior and exterior is further enhanced by mirrored walls reflecting beautiful views of Wrocław. A large terrace, beneath which the Oder River flows, allows for peaceful and relaxing moments during your stay at Martim.

Martim’s award-winning design reflects the immense commitment to creating a space that enhances the culinary experience, making it a must-visit restaurant for both locals and tourists. Whether it’s the carefully curated interior or the seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics, Martim stands out as a leader in its field. Martim – where beauty meets flavor.

Martim has been recognized by KUKBUK magazine as one of the most beautiful restaurants in Poland – and for good reason. Our interior is a tribute to Portuguese aesthetics, where every detail matters. While savoring dishes inspired by Portuguese cuisine, guests can enjoy picturesque views through large glass windows, changing with the light of day. The design of Martim blends an open kitchen, inviting guests into the culinary experience, with a carefully curated interior featuring:

walls lined with natural cork cabinetry,
a signature terrazzo floor,
and rich greens reflecting the colors of the Atlantic Ocean, adding depth and freshness to the space.

This is a place where flavor meets form – and every element of the interior resonates with what’s served on the plate.

Culinary Passion

When creating Martim, we were guided by a single idea: to bring the soul of Portugal to the heart of Wrocław. Not only through the space itself, but also through our cuisine, where every detail tells a story – of the ocean, the sun, the wine, and the people who live with passion. The past few years have been a time of affirmation for our work, as well as a motivation to continue developing and perfecting what we do. In 2024, we were recognized as Seafood Restaurant of the Year in Poland by the prestigious Travel & Hospitality Awards.

In 2025, Martim received official recognition as a Recommended Restaurant in the Michelin Guide, and a few months later was honored at the World Culinary Awards. These accolades are not only a celebration of Martim’s achievements, but above all a testament to the dedication, passion, and relentless pursuit of culinary excellence that define everything we do.
