We have just concluded an unforgettable weekend at Martim, one that will linger in the memories of our guests for a long time. Our “Stars over the Oder” event, held from April 17th to 19th, proved to be a true celebration of flavor, blending Portuguese tradition with the elegance of modern fine dining.

The star of the show was the Gillardeau oyster—legendary seafood prized by gourmets worldwide for its meatiness and unique, nutty finish. We are delighted to have served these exceptional specimens, sourced directly from the farms that bridge French heritage with a Portuguese passion for the ocean.

What happened at Martim?

  • Atmosphere: The evening energy by the river was curated by DJ Natalia. Her musical sets perfectly complemented the gentle sound of the Oder and our restaurant’s elegant interiors, creating a unique, cosmopolitan vibe.
