For 2026, our theme at Martim is “Connecting Cultures” – bringing Portuguese gastronomy closer to the Polish palate and celebrating the dialogue between the ingredients, techniques and histories of both traditions.

If you have a food allergy, please inform our staff when placing your order.

Due to the complexity of our dishes, it is not possible to list all ingredients in full. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know when ordering.

For groups of 5 or more, a 10% service charge will be added to the bill.

This is a unique culinary experience where guests are seated right next to the open kitchen and can observe the creation of each dish up close, while listening to stories and explanations from the Head Chef.

 

During this exceptional dining experience, you will have the opportunity to see how our creations come to life, discover culinary insights, and learn about the inspiration behind every plate. The specially curated menu is available exclusively by prior reservation. Reservations are accepted for a maximum of 6 guests.

At Martim, the focus is on fish and seafood – such as bacalhau (Portuguese cod), tuna, octopus, and prawns – as well as carefully selected, top-quality meats, including Wagyu. The fusion of flavors from around the world is a tribute to the culinary exchange that took place during the Portuguese Age of Discovery. It is also worth highlighting that the sea fish we serve at Martim come directly from Portuguese fishermen. With attention to every detail, we create flavors that leave a lasting impression.
