Martim

Voucher terms & conditions

  • The voucher is valid for 3 months.
  • The voucher can be used at Martim restaurant for food and beverages.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Photocopies are not accepted. The voucher can only be used during a single visit (it cannot be split across multiple bills).
  • Reservations must be made in advance, providing the voucher number or the name of the purchaser. The voucher cannot be used on certain dates, such as Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, and Women’s Day.
  • To redeem the voucher, it must be presented at the restaurant — this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Reservations are subject to availability.

Martim

Parking Terms & Conditions – Martim Restaurant

The parking is located in the underground car park at Bulwary Książęce, across the street. The parking facility is not owned or operated by Martim Restaurant, and its use is subject to the terms and conditions of the parking operator.

 

  1. Guests of Martim Restaurant may park free of charge for up to two hours, provided they present their parking ticket to the restaurant staff before leaving the premises.
  2. The free parking offer applies only to guests who order a full meal at the restaurant and is limited to one car per reservation.
  3. Martim Restaurant is not a party to the parking agreement and assumes no responsibility for the parking facility’s operations, the operator’s regulations, availability of parking spaces, or any charges imposed by the parking operator.
  4. In some cases, it may not be possible to validate the parking ticket due to technical or operational reasons, for which Martim Restaurant bears no responsibility. In such cases, the rules and fees set by the parking operator apply.
  5. By leaving a vehicle in the car park, guests accept the terms and conditions of the Bulwary Książęce parking facility.

Public street parking is available near Martim restaurant. Additionally, for the comfort of our Guests, we have prepared a special offer in cooperation with a nearby underground parking garage: “Bulwary Książęce” underground parking, located directly across the street. Our Guests can park for up to 2 hours free of charge.
To benefit from the free parking time, please present your parking ticket to our staff before leaving the restaurant for validation.
Terms & Conditions: The free parking offer applies exclusively to Guests ordering a full meal and is limited to one car per reservation.

Please note: the kitchen closes one hour prior to the restaurant’s closing time.
